Before you contact an Online Counselor, please explore our website to see if your questions can be answered there.
We can answer questions that refer to our programs, course descriptions, prerequisites, how to register or other general questions. Some questions are too complex to answer through e-mail and may require a counseling appointment.
Keep in mind that:
- Online advisement does not take the place of seeing a counselor in person. Many issues are more effectively addressed in person.
- It is often faster and very effective to talk to a counselor by phone.
- E-mail advisement can save you time when you have a simple question.
