Help Desk
The Academic Computing Help Desk is normally supported from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Summer hours are usually 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and closed on Friday. There are occasions when the the Help Desk personnel are busy helping others or after hours, and may not be able to answer you call personally. If you leave a message with your name, problem encountered or need, phone number and when you can be reached, the help desk or a technician generally contact you within 90 minutes during normal operating hours.
