IMPORTANT :
Students who have attended Cypress College since Fall 1983 can request their transcripts online. Students who attended prior to Fall 1983 MUST request their transcripts by mail or in person at the Admissions and Records Office.

VIEW YOUR UNOFFICIAL WEB TRANSCRIPT BEFORE REQUESTING AN OFFICIAL COPY
You should ensure that all grades are posted to your transcript before requesting an official copy. You can view your unofficial transcript online by selecting the "View Unofficial/Web Transcript" option under student records in WebStar.

Note: Certain items posted to your official transcript do not appear on your unofficial Web Star transcript. Such items are AA/AS degrees or certificates awarded, General Education Certification, placement on the Dean's or President's Honor Roll, or placement on Scholastic Dismissal. Any classes completed prior to Fall of 1989 will not be itemized on the unofficial web transcript. These postings will appear on your official transcript, if applicable.

FEES
The first two copies requested are free. Each additional copy is $3.00. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. WebStar accepts MasterCard and VISA only.

PROCESSING TIME
An online transcript request will be processed within 5-7 business days and cannot be changed or cancelled once the request is submitted. Rush Service is not available for online requests.

HOLDS
ALL outstanding obligations with the college must be cleared before a transcript can be requested online.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

• All transcripts sent directly from Cypress College to another institution are considered official.
• Copies sent to the student are considered unofficial once the envelope is opened.
• Partial transcripts are not available.

OTHER COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS
Although Cypress College and Fullerton College are part of the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD), they are separate institutions. Only courses completed at Cypress College will appear on your Cypress College transcript..

ATTACHMENTS TO TRANSCRIPTS:
A transcript request cannot be completed online if the receiving institution has provided forms that are required to be attached with the transcript. You must request such a transcript in person or by mail.
