Min Wins Individual State Championship, Team Finishes Fourth
Cypress travelled to Murrieta Monday to compete amongst the eight best teams in the state for a State Championship Title. Freshman David Min rose above 59 other golfers on the day for a three under par performance to become the 2008 Individual State Champion. (more)
Chargers Finish Second in Region, Move on to State
Cypress travelled to the Southern California Regionals Monday to compete for a berth in the State Championships. The Chargers did just that coming through with a second place finish with a score of 741 over two rounds. (more)
Cypress Charges to Second Place Conference Finish
Cypress finished round robin play a couple weeks ago in fifth place in one of the tightest Orange Empire Conference races yet. The Chargers then spent the next two weeks preparing for the conference tournament and it paid off as Cypress finished the two round tournament second with a score of 721 to earn three wins as they finished second in the conference race.
